Crust

Ingredients

3/4 CupCrumbed Graham crackers
1/4 CupPowdered sugar
1/2 CubeUnsalter butter, melted

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread over a 9 inch pie dish (bottom and sides). Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the refrigerator or freezer while preparing the pie filling.

Pie Filling

Ingredients

4 OzUnsweetened 100% Cocoa baking chocolate
2 CubesUnsalted butter, at room temperature
2 CupsPowdered sugar
4 EggsExtra Large, beaten well
2 TspVanilla extract
2 TspPeppermint extract

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and then eggs. Continue beating until fluffy. Add flavorings and beat a little more. Pour into crust and let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
